Buyers who reserve early can personalise finishes — flooring, kitchens, bathroom fittings and lighting — from a curated palette. A detailed specification sheet is provided so you know exactly what is included before you commit.

All staged payments are secured by a bank guarantee or insurance policy as required by Spanish law. The home is delivered with the statutory structural warranty, and we coordinate the deed of new construction and registration on your behalf.
